I had attended the placement preparatory program conducted by Mr. Richard Suman Halder and his workshop has been a very wonderful experience for me and it has really helped me a lot during my college campusing days. This workshop is a very firm and interactive learning. I had no idea about how to present myself, and it really gave me confidence, relieve my inhibitions and that was the main reason why I cracked the interview. Even in the stress interviews I didn't get nervous. It was very smooth. “Interviewers are like your college seniors and stress interviews are equivalent to ragging. Be assured, once you pass you will be like buddies.”

I am one of those fortunate ones that have attended Richard sir's placement preparatory program. Fortunate as I say it's because of him that I am a working professional today. Before attending the interview I was determined that I won't take up this work as I had some other plans. But for sir's own story of how he landed in JK Tyres, his one line “If something good is happening in your life, let it happen, because God's plans are bigger than yours.” I am sure all of you want to hear his story that gave a new direction to my life. It was almost more than a year back when I heard of this placement preparatory program by Richard and yes I was a bit skeptical in the beginning whether to go for it or not but today as I stand here as a successful software engineer I proudly tell everyone that it was the best way I could have utilised my time and money. I got to know my undiscovered self, my strengths and weaknesses and that too in a very scientific way using various psychometric tests which you rarely get access to. I can guarantee you that you will be coming out smarter wiser and more confident at the end of this program.
